Employment Background Requirements
- Police academy or a law enforcement background.
- Or two years of military experience with honorable discharge.
- Or three or more years experience in the security field.
- Or Minimum of one year in criminal justice field or equivalent time pursuing a degree in criminal justice.
- Or Enrollment in or certification from a private protection academy.
Personal Requirements
- Applicant must have a current driver’s license
- Applicant must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be 21 years old
- Pass Background check, Drug Screen and Motor Vehicle Review
Skill Requirements
- Computer Skills in Email, Word and Excel
- Good verbal & written Communications Skills
- Minimum High School/GED Education
Hiring Process
- Application & Resume review and calls made for Interview schedule
- Board Interview
- Provisional hire (if selected)
- All hires are pending the outcome of Background Checks, Drug Test and Motor Vehicle review.
- Applications/resumes are kept on file for six months.
- Starting salary $10.00 hr.
- 90-day Review period prior to full time position being offered.

Special Note : 95% of Anlance Protection Ltd Security Duties are between 1800 hour and 0700 hours, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Our Operations are on Nights, Weekends and Holidays.
