Anlance Operations
We are a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year operation – Nights, Weekends and Holidays are our primary Duty Times. You can request one Major Holiday off per year – Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years.

Anlance Duty Requirements do not allow for a Set Schedule – you will have 2 days off in any 7 day period, however those days off may not be consecutive or the same days week to week.

  You are expected to keep your Firearms skills up to date
  You must have a passing score on the Anlance Handgun Qualifications Course
  You must attend every Quarterly Qualification

• Defensive Tactics
  
  You must attend other Use of Force training as scheduled.

Anlance Vehicle Use

• 
  Marked Patrol Vehicle are issued as our projects require
• It is the responsibility of each Agent to performance basis preventive
maintenance and cleanliness as this is essential to a Profession Appearance and Quality Performance

Interviews leading to Job Offers

• A Full Time Position will be considered after an initial 90 day Review period and are based duty performance.
  
  

• Raises are based on performance and reviewed every 520 duty hours.
